Situated just north of the CBD, a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. The Bungalow has a beach style, sunny deck, outdoor furniture overlooking views of the Bay.

One queen bedroom, 1 bathroom with small bath, open plan lounge-living- dining room and fully equipped kitchen, filtered drinkingg water. Large screen TV, cable Austar, DVD, CD stereo and electric B.B.Q.

Two cafe's just down the road.

The property is situated at end of private no thru road.

Fully self contained, all linen and towels provided - Please bring your own beach towels.

Covered off street parking underneath.

The balance of accommodation rental is to be paid on or around arrival or by direct transfer prior to arrival.
Any damage or breakages must be reported and paid for on departure.
Accommodation is for a maximum of two people.
Pets are not allowed.
No event celebrations
Cancellation Policy;
Deposit refunded less $50 administration fee if notified a minimum of 30 days prior to booking arrival date. Full deposit may be transferred to another date if notification is received 30 days prior to arrival.
